Monsi (English: Moncie, India) is a city in the United States in Delaware State. It has an estimated population of 70,085, an area of 70.94 km2, and is 284 meters above sea level.

The population of Mulfan was 5,155 according to the 2000 census, with 1,896 families and 1,444 families living in the city. The population density was 2,261.1 inhabitants per square mile (873.0/km 2). The number of housing units was 1,963, with an average density of 861.0 inhabitants per square mile (332.4/km 2). The ethnic composition of the city is distributed by 96.39% white, 0.99% native Americans, 0.29% Asian Americans, 0.06% Pacific Islanders, 0.17% African Americans, 1.49% mixed or more. The number of families reached 1,896, of which 41.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them. The percentage of couples living together reached 63.0% of the total total family, 9.3% had female breadwinners without a partner, and 23.8% were non-family. The ethnic composition of the city is 84.0% white, 0.3% native American, 1.2% Asian Native American, 0.1% Pacific Island population, 10.9% African American, 2.8% mixed or more. The number of families reached 27,722, of which 23.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them. The percentage of couples living together reached 31.5% of the total family total, 14.1% had female breadwinners without a partner, and 4.6% had male breadwinners without a partner and 49.8% were non-partner. Of all families, 35.2% were individuals and 10.9% were single people aged 65 and over. The average household size was 2.85 and the average family size was 2.22. The average age of the population is 28.1 years old. 17.8% of the population was under 18 years of age, 27.5% was between 18 and 24 years of age, 21.4% was between 25 and 44 years of age, 20.2% was between 45 and 64, and 13% was among the 65 and above. The sexual structure of the population is distributed by 47.5% male and 52.5% female.
